📋 Description

• Plan and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting, pre-qualification, ranking, presentation, interviewing, selection, offers, negotiation, and closing • Provide recruitment and consultation services to hiring managers • Build qualified and diverse pools of internal and external applicants • Use assessment tools and behavioral interviewing to support hiring recommendations • Ensure accurate job postings and timely applicant follow-up • Extend employment offers in collaboration with hiring managers • Process new hires and transfers, including determining experience, base dates, and salary quotes • Coordinate post-offer communication through onboarding with the TA Coordinator • Conduct intake meetings to identify position-specific staffing needs • Meet service level agreements for quality, timing, responsiveness, and efficiency • Maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and team members • Partner with the TA Sourcer on special projects and staffing programs • Participate in job fairs and college recruitment events as needed • Maintain accurate candidate, search, hiring-manager, and recruiting activity records • Participate in student or other staffing programs and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Associates or 2 years' work related experience Required • 2 years, recruitment experience in either Corporate or Staffing environment. Required • Healthcare recruitment highly preferred • Bachelor's in Human Resources Management. Preferred • 4 years, recruitment experience in healthcare industry. Preferred • HR Related certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, CHCR • Availability Monday–Friday, 8am to 5pm • Knowledge and understanding of employment policies, procedures, and federal and state laws • Experience using assessment tools and behavioral interviewing • Ability to use recruitment metrics • Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle
