📋 Description

• Process high-volume offer requests using Workday ATS and serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for recruiters and candidates • Coordinate and manage candidate interview scheduling • Ensure a positive interview experience and smooth interview scheduling process • Provide prompt follow-up and communication throughout the candidate lifecycle from initial contact to start date • Assist with recruitment systems and tools, reporting and analytics, new-hire document collection, and employee referrals • Create and update candidate profiles in Workday while maintaining data integrity and confidential records • Assist with job creation and advertisement processes • Build relationships and collaborate across HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal, Operations, and other teams • Resolve first-level Talent Operations ticketing inquiries through problem identification and resolution in accordance with organizational policies and procedures • Guide candidates, new hires, and talent partners on Talent processes and required submission actions • Assist with other projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related business field • 1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources • Experience with calendaring/scheduling and continuous improvement • Familiarity with Talent Operations tools such as Workday, DocuSign, Candidate.FYI, and ServiceNow • Experience as first line of contact for candidates or in a customer service-related role • Superb attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills • Ability to work cross-functionally, perform under tight deadlines, problem solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment • Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information • Team player willing to support others with heavy workloads • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes
