📋 Description

• Articulate the company brand, business mission, and core values to candidates • Manage recruiting and support onboarding processes • Explain clinician onboarding tasks and their rationale • Develop, implement, and execute recruiting programs and sourcing strategies • Build a healthy pipeline of qualified Therapist candidates • Recruit passive and active candidates through job boards, applicant tracking systems, the internet, social media, target companies, and networking groups • Coordinate and execute candidate marketing campaigns, including email blasts and online media • Maintain recruitment tracking tools and systems accurately and urgently • Attend at least two therapist conferences as an exhibitor per calendar year • Complete special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a recruiter role, preferably all in healthcare • Minimum of 1 year in Mental Health recruitment • People-focused and proactive with excellent follow-up and a sense of urgency • Experience with accurately maintaining applicant tracking systems • Excellent computer skills, including thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, databases, and advanced spreadsheet skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Organized and detail-oriented, with superior documentation and data-entry skills • Analytical and comfortable working with data and Excel • Resourceful problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity • Professionalism, integrity, and ability to manage candidate discussions gracefully • Team-oriented and interested in driving Recruitment team strategy
