📋 Description

• Define and execute the ADS Master Data Management strategy • Develop a roadmap for data governance, quality improvement, and MDM maturity • Establish master-data policies, standards, and procedures across business functions • Lead the transition to governed ADS data-management practices • Act as business owner for master-data governance initiatives • Collaborate with enterprise MDM teams on data harmonization across divisions • Drive data-quality initiatives and define and monitor data-quality KPIs and metrics • Lead root-cause analysis and remediation of recurring data issues • Implement preventative controls to improve data accuracy and consistency • Develop reporting and dashboards measuring ADS data-quality performance • Partner with the project-management team on data requirements for current and future projects • Work with the Snowflake enterprise data platform and analytics team • Support integration of MDM capabilities into upstream and downstream systems • Maintain master-data definitions, glossaries, lineage documentation, and governance records • Report on data-mastering health, exceptions, and improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in Master Data Management and Enterprise Data Governance • Ability to design and implement scalable MDM processes, including ownership, stewardship, and controls • Strong analytical and stakeholder-engagement skills • Ability to navigate complex requirements across business and technical teams • Excellent documentation, communication, and process-improvement capabilities • Strong experience in data governance, ERP management, and business systems such as CRM and Engineering PDM/PLMs • Experience working in global manufacturing or engineering environments • Applicants must provide proof of U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status, or be eligible to receive export authorization under ITAR and/or EAR
