📋 Description

• Design, develop, update, and troubleshoot system integrations for Workday customers • Deliver Workday HCM and Workday Financials solutions • Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code using Studio, EIB, Orchestrate, and core connectors • Troubleshoot and update existing Workday integrations • Deliver requirements and design documents • Develop quality Workday integrations • Engage with third-party vendors to complete integration work • Communicate with team members on cross-functional items • Communicate technical challenges and solutions to internal and client teams • Participate in assigned projects and streamline client processes • Contribute to an innovative, collaborative culture and improve processes and assets • Demonstrate consultative skills and maintain high customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in ERP integration development and modern technology experience; OR Master's degree with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in ERP integration development and modern technology experience; OR no degree with seven (7) years of relevant experience • Current holder of a Workday Certification within Workday Integrations, Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate, etc. • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in integration development • Experience with EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware, and related modern technologies • Limited local and nonlocal travel, up to 25% • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint • Experience with state or local government implementations preferred • Experience executing projects within a structured methodology • Experience in HR or Financial Department environments • Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills
