📋 Description

• Independently lead and manage complex, high-visibility DFIR and GRIT engagements end-to-end from scoping and initiation through closure • Coordinate resources, deliverables, timelines, and client communications • Serve as the primary escalation point for critical engagements, client concerns, and active incident response events • Coordinate resolution across technical teams, Practice Leadership, and Account Executives • Identify and mitigate engagement risks, scope changes, and delivery blockers • Review engagement deliverables for quality, consistency, and suitability for technical and managerial audiences • Monitor hours, burn rate, and budget adherence • Maintain trusted client relationships and lead status meetings, kickoff calls, and post-engagement reviews • Identify opportunities to expand client engagements or recommend additional GuidePoint services • Design and implement repeatable delivery processes, automation, orchestration, playbooks, templates, checklists, and SOPs • Define and track delivery metrics and KPIs and report on delivery performance, capacity utilization, and engagement health • Mentor and guide Delivery Coordinators • Conduct engagement debriefs and lessons-learned sessions • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members • Partner on capacity planning, resource forecasting, engagement pipeline management, service offering development, practice growth planning, and organizational process maturity • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Account Executives, Finance/Billing, and Technical Consulting teams • Communicate engagement status, team health, risk posture, and strategic recommendations to Practice Leadership • Maintain current information security skills and knowledge • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in project management, delivery coordination, or engagement management within a cybersecurity consulting or managed services environment • 2+ years of direct experience working in or supporting Digital Forensics & Incident Response and/or Threat Intelligence operations • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements end-to-end in a consulting services model • Experience with Digital Forensics & Incident Response (DFIR) and Threat Intelligence methodologies, processes, and tooling • Proven track record of client relationship management and stakeholder communication at both technical and executive levels • Embraces emerging technologies, including AI tools • Strong understanding of network traffic analysis, host forensics, malware handling/triage, log review, attack surface monitoring, dark web intelligence, threat modeling, and incident response lifecycle methodologies • Deep knowledge of EDR, NDR, XDR, SIEM, FW, NGAV, Velociraptor, OSQuery, and other industry-related solutions • Relevant industry certifications strongly preferred, such as PMP, CAPM, SANS GIAC, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent • Experience designing and implementing process improvements, delivery frameworks, or operational workflows • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, or lead peers in a team environment • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products and project management/collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce/Certinia • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Up to 10% travel • Sedentary work • Substantial movement of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers for a minimum of 8 hours a day • Required to have close visual acuity to view computer terminal and/or extensive reading for a minimum of 8 hours a day
