📋 Description

• Lead engineering execution across Platform Engineering & Developer Experience initiatives within the IT Factory platform ecosystem • Translate architectural direction and platform capability objectives into coordinated engineering implementation • Provide technical leadership across software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, quality engineering, security, IAM, and related disciplines • Identify technical constraints and dependencies, remove engineering blockers, reinforce implementation sequencing, and improve execution visibility • Participate hands-on in engineering design, implementation guidance, troubleshooting, technical mentoring, and execution support • Partner with Domain, Platform, and Enterprise Architecture and Platform Engineering leadership to operationalize architectural direction • Provide visibility into execution risks, implementation constraints, technical dependencies, and sequencing impacts • Support reusable platform capabilities through consistent engineering practices and architecture-aligned implementation patterns • Guide and mentor engineers through complex implementation scenarios • Contribute to platform capabilities, engineering workflows, automation, implementation patterns, and engineering practices • Support operational readiness, implementation stability, production validation, and technical issue resolution • Serve as Technical Delivery Lead for designated Platform Engineering initiatives • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree directly related to the position or equivalent is preferred, not required • Minimum 10 years' experience in software engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, SRE, or related technical engineering disciplines supporting enterprise software delivery • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in technical lead roles supporting engineering delivery environments • Broad technical competency across software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms, observability, quality engineering, SRE, and modern software delivery practices • Experience providing execution-oriented technical leadership across multiple engineering disciplines without direct organizational authority • Ability to translate architectural direction, platform capability objectives, and implementation sequencing into coordinated engineering execution • Experience leading complex engineering implementation through technical leadership, engineering influence, and execution discipline rather than personnel management • Strong systems-thinking capability to identify technical constraints, implementation risks, dependency relationships, and execution tradeoffs • Ability to improve execution effectiveness, implementation consistency, and engineering predictability across complex technical initiatives • Hands-on technical leadership experience in engineering design, implementation guidance, troubleshooting, technical mentoring, and execution support • Strong communication and collaboration skills across architecture, engineering, platform, operational, security, and delivery organizations • Experience in regulated or highly governed enterprise environments is preferred • Experience with internal developer platforms, Golden Paths, reusable engineering capabilities, or platform-as-a-product models is preferred • Experience as a Technical Delivery Lead or equivalent is preferred • Experience with Azure, .NET, infrastructure automation, observability platforms, and modern CI/CD ecosystems is preferred • Experience coordinating dependencies across DevOps, SRE, quality engineering, Security, IAM, and other enterprise technology functions is preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications required • Commitment to company values • Ability to perform primarily sedentary work and operate standard office equipment and keyboards • Ability to accurately interpret sounds and associated meanings at interpersonal-conversation volume • Ability to adapt to workplace stressors, customer service complaints, security responsibilities, and competing priorities • Ability to work Monday–Friday business hours, with occasional nights or weekends as necessary • Ability to travel 5–10%
