📋 Description

• Review customer data from CSVs, spreadsheets, and software databases to assess structure, quality, and completeness • Map legacy data fields to Gymdesk's platform schema using internal tools, AI (ChatGPT), or custom scripts • Transform, clean, and normalize customer data • Import data into Gymdesk customer environments and validate expected outputs • Perform iterative migrations and troubleshoot errors • Complete manual data entry when required to fill migration gaps • Become an expert in Gymdesk's product and configure it on behalf of customers • Coordinate with Onboarding Specialists and customers to collect requirements and data formats • Provide status updates, clarify data issues, and explain field-level discrepancies • Work with product and engineering to report bugs and suggest tooling enhancements • Document migration processes and maintain internal guides • Report directly to the VP of Customer Success and collaborate with onboarding, support, product, and engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data migration, data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar technical role • Proficiency with spreadsheets, CSV handling, text encoding, date formats, and data cleansing techniques • Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM, ERP, or customer-facing data workflows • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience working in a customer-facing or onboarding context preferred • Knowledge of SQL and at least one scripting language (e.g., Python) preferred • Knowledge of data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR) as they pertain to customer data preferred • Experience building or working with internal tools for data migration preferred • Exposure to project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Jira, Slack) preferred • Must overlap workday by at least 6 hours with Austin, TX, USA • Open to candidates based in LATAM, EMEA & APAC
