📋 Description

• Oversee the build, launch, and optimization of paid traffic campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms • Deliver local fitness leads to gym owner clients at an efficient cost • Oversee strategy, organization, and media buying for assigned client marketing campaigns daily • Communicate consistently with clients via Zoom calls and emails throughout their client journey • Collaborate with Marketing Teams and R&D to use effective ad creative, copywriting, and strategies • Maintain genuine, enthusiastic, and empathetic client communication • Own campaign KPIs and resolve technical or advertising bottlenecks promptly • Onboard new Gym Launch clients via Agency Onboarding Zoom calls • Ensure activation and integration of GoHighLevel, Lead Connector, Twilio, GoDaddy, Meta/FB Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Zapier/Make.com, and Asana • Host client-facing pre-launch Zoom calls • Ensure media buyers optimize accounts to SOP standards and KPIs • Review account roster daily and rebuild or optimize problem accounts • Provide feedback to media buyers • Adhere to B2C marketing guidelines • Advise DIY clients on paid traffic strategies • Support R&D testing and create educational Loom videos • Manage client-provided budgets accurately and efficiently • Monitor paid social advertising trends and develop new skills and strategies • Collaborate on clients needing help and maintain current client interaction notes • Maintain technical expertise of Gym Launch products • Keep stats sheets up to date daily and submit weekly reports by Friday EOD • Identify opportunities for efficiency and increased program adoption • Achieve paid advertising leads within established KPIs and support profitable customer acquisition • Ensure clients can launch ads within 21 days of onboarding and receive leads within 24 hours of ads going live

🎯 Requirements

• 2 Years Digital Marketing Lead Generation experience within the local Brick & Mortar Service sector (US / Canada Markets) • 1 Year experience with GoHighLevel CRM and its integrations • 1 Year client facing experience • Efficient with Facebook, Instagram, Adwords Advertising Platforms • Experience with Zapier, Twilio, Mailgun, GoDaddy, Canva, Lead Connector, Asana • Experience using social media analytics tools and ability to optimize marketing strategies based on findings • Excellent communication skills via email, text and video conferencing • Excellent client-facing communication and energy • Ability to work under pressing deadlines • Amazing organization skills • Tolerance for high-stress situations • A keen eye for marketing creative and psychology • Adaptability to fast changing environments • Excellent time management skills • Ability to dedicate one’s self to meet and exceed company expectations • Efficient with all integrated platforms within the company • Ability to learn quickly and execute at a high level with speed • Able to work M-F 9AM-5PM EST; must be flexible and able to work additional hours/weekends if the situation warrants it
