📋 Description

• Support initiatives improving field readiness, leader effectiveness, associate experiences, and operational execution • Coordinate priorities, dependencies, timelines, readiness needs, and deliverables with project managers, Field Planning partners, field leaders, and cross-functional teams • Translate business changes into field-ready communications, guidance, job aids, FAQs, leadership resources, and support materials • Monitor milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, adoption indicators, and field readiness concerns • Gather and analyze feedback to identify barriers, best practices, and improvement opportunities • Support pilots, testing, readiness reviews, and phased rollouts • Clarify expectations, answer operational questions, and help leaders navigate change • Identify solutions that improve readiness, adoption, consistency, and execution • Escalate project risks, field barriers, and operational concerns • Document lessons learned, performance insights, feedback, and recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience • 3–5 years of experience in field operations, business operations, project support, change enablement, training, coaching, or related roles • Ability to build strong working relationships across multiple levels of an organization • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience gathering feedback, documenting issues, and supporting operational improvements • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support multiple initiatives • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to influence without authority and work effectively in a matrixed environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools • Commitment to customer service, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
