• Lead recurring meetings with assigned clients by preparing agendas, presenting financial and operational results, addressing questions and concerns, and confirming priorities and next steps • Analyze revenue cycle and financial performance across charges, payments, adjustments, collections, accounts receivable, aging, denials, and payer performance • Identify emerging risks and opportunities, evaluate root causes of performance variances, and recommend strategies to optimize revenue cycle performance and financial outcomes • Investigate and resolve complex client concerns through cross-functional partnerships and data-driven analysis • Establish accountability and resolution timelines, escalate barriers, and provide proactive communication through resolution and follow-up • Maintain meeting minutes, action-item logs, escalation documentation, and client records • Monitor commitments and follow up with responsible parties to support timely completion and accountability • Support new client implementations, process-improvement initiatives, and special projects • Communicate requirements, identify workflow gaps, and collaborate with subject-matter experts to promote compliant and sustainable operations • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients and coordinate across operations, finance, analytics, and support teams • Provide informal guidance and coordination across assigned workstreams; no direct reports
• High school diploma or equivalent • Four to five years of experience in client relations, account management, customer experience, business operations, financial performance, or another client-facing role • Experience serving as a primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio or book of business • Experience leading recurring meetings, addressing concerns, and coordinating follow-up with cross-functional teams • Experience reviewing and presenting financial, claims, utilization, service, or operational performance information • Ability to prepare and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and collaboration tools • Ability to learn healthcare revenue cycle concepts • Ability to travel as necessary to support client and business needs • Strong communication, relationship management, organization, judgment, problem-solving, confidentiality, and follow-through skills
