📋 Description

• Support and optimize People & Culture systems • Analyze system requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement system enhancements • Support the functionality, performance, and operation of Workday HCM, Talent Acquisition, Timekeeping, and Learning Management platforms • Translate People & Culture business requirements into system objectives and deliverables • Manage routine functional maintenance, configuration updates, testing, and troubleshooting • Plan, develop, and execute test cycles for patches, quarterly releases, enhancements, and updates • Prepare end-user guides, process documentation, and stakeholder communications • Serve as the Tier 3 Functional Expert and help resolve complex user inquiries and issues • Execute business processes, perform mass transactions, configure annual events, and manage scheduled system changes • Contribute to system improvements, enhancements, new functionality, and roadmap planning • Partner with vendors to align platform capabilities with business priorities • Participate in cross-functional projects and system implementations • Prepare documentation, train new team members, and coordinate with vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience • 1-3 years’ experience supporting Workday HCM Core processes, TA systems or similar People & Culture systems • Knowledge of People & Culture or Talent Acquisition operations • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from planning through implementation • HRIS reporting and testing experience • Knowledge of technical planning and testing tools • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related productivity or planning tools • Ability to work effectively both independently and within diverse, collaborative teams • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to various audiences • Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and manage deadlines • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
