📋 Description

• Design end-to-end user experiences and product workflows • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Design Engineers • Participate in user research and usability testing activities • Validate design solutions through testing, feedback, and iteration • Translate customer and business needs into intuitive product experiences • Use AI tools as part of the design and prototyping process • Contribute to product strategy and experience direction for a new digital product • Support implementation and delivery by collaborating closely with engineering teams • Continuously improve experiences based on user insights and product learnings • Own and shape core product experiences for an early-stage digital product • Work with AI tools integrated into products and day-to-day design workflow

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience • 5 years minimum related work experience • Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work: flows, interaction design, and visual craft • Experience designing and testing prototypes with real users, and translating findings into design decisions • Ability to work in iterative development cycles with engineering and product management • Clear written and verbal communication, including presenting work to stakeholders and leadership • Comfort with ambiguity: able to take a loosely defined problem and drive toward a validated design direction
