📋 Description

• Support the successful integration and transition of acquired companies into the Global Consumer Tax - Block Advisors organization • Execute and test operating models to generate learnings, refine the model, and support a multi-year roadmap • Accelerate business growth through implementation of the operating model • Partner with Pricing, IT, Strategy, A&D, and other cross-functional teams to develop roadmaps and solutions • Shape and integrate business needs into cross-functional team roadmaps • Articulate and drive H&R Block strategies and priorities, adapting messaging for local market relevancy • Identify and recommend consistent business approaches while addressing individual office needs • Influence associate behaviors and promote adoption of company programs and products • Execute policies and procedures that increase revenues, control expenses, and promote client satisfaction • Acquire appropriate talent and manage the associate Talent Lifecycle in assigned offices • Communicate project deliverable status to senior management • Perform analysis and assessment activities and provide timely stakeholder updates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in a related field or equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience • Minimum 8 years of related work experience • Ability to travel 50%-70% of the time • Excellent written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Project management experience • Proven track record of driving results through people • Working knowledge of organizational planning techniques, goal development, hiring, training, and work standards • Remote leadership experience is required
