📋 Description

• Lead and mentor Quality Analysts developing and executing test cases and scenarios • Help develop and implement an automation-first testing strategy • Collaborate with quality managers, product owners, and developers • Extend test frameworks and develop new testing tools • Support process improvements for test planning, execution, and reporting • Help design test strategies, develop test tools, and implement test cases • Ensure high-quality software deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on software quality assurance testing experience • Experience with web and mobile applications in the software development industry preferred • Experience managing and mentoring Quality Analysts and Software Engineers in Test (SEiTs) • Experience with code deployments and version control systems • Ability to multitask, triage issues, react to changes, and work independently in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to seek guidance when needed • Ability to work with teams across different time zones • Experience creating test automation, preferably using Playwright and Selenium • Previous experience with C# and TypeScript desired • Experience with Continuous Integration and familiarity with Continuous Deployment tools such as Bamboo and GitLab • Experience managing in a remote environment strongly preferred • BS in Computer Science or a related engineering field preferred • Strong relevant work experience building QA teams will be considered instead of the preferred degree
