📋 Description

• Manage HCM implementations for clients transitioning between HCM systems or adopting an HCM for the first time • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for implementation project results and coordination • Configure software and provide advice on best practices, compliance, and configuration • Schedule training sessions and coordinate EDI third-party integrations as applicable • Conduct pre-implementation discovery, requirements gathering, and future-state goal alignment • Transition client data into Excel workbooks for import into the new HCM • Conduct parallel payrolls and identify and resolve earnings, deductions, and tax discrepancies • Communicate with the client’s primary point of contact and implementation team • Participate in transition planning and weekly implementation meetings • Conduct needs analysis for non-standard implementation projects • Identify and refer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as appropriate • Create client documentation guides for the new system • Assess workflows, protocols, and training gaps; recommend and implement solutions • Track billable time daily • Assist with various HR-related projects for multiple clients

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of Human Resources experience • Proven experience as an Implementation / Professional Services Specialist is an advantage • Strong experience working in HCM (Human Capital Management) systems • Advanced-level Microsoft Excel skills are an advantage • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Human Resources certification and/or degree • Ability to learn changing processes and procedures with little documentation • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism • Ability to speak, read, and write English • Personal mobile device • Quiet, dedicated, confidential workspace • Home high-speed network connection • Dedicated home office needed to maintain confidentiality • Full-time availability, normally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; occasional evening and weekend work may be required
