• Work with the Regional Sales Director within a defined geographic area • Meet existing and potential clients, including physicians and physician office groups at hospitals • Identify clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care • Discuss and demonstrate how company products can meet customer and patient needs • Provide case coverage and contribute to projected sales goals, company objectives, and increased sales revenue • Provide clinical support for coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education on company products • Engage customers in procedural and technical discussions about product, therapy, and technology developments • Link clinical data to key messaging • Provide creative and feasible solutions using company products • Communicate account information to the local territory manager daily • Support product inventory monitoring • Share competitive product and account insights with the appropriate Territory Manager or Clinical Specialist • Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical use of company products • Lead reviews of challenging or complex cases • Lead and develop content for Regional and/or Area clinical calls • Support the Regional Sales Director in creating and disseminating educational content for the internal team • Provide case support and coverage for the most complex cases requiring advanced clinical expertise • Perform other duties as assigned
• Clinical expertise sufficient to support the most complex cases • Ability to provide case coverage and troubleshoot company products • Ability to deliver in-service education and customer training • Ability to discuss procedural, technical, product, therapy, and technology developments • Ability to connect clinical data to key messaging • Ability to identify customer clinical needs, goals, and constraints • Ability to develop creative and feasible product-based solutions • Ability to communicate account information to territory managers • Ability to monitor product inventory levels • Ability to assess competitive products and account opportunities • Ability to lead complex case reviews and develop clinical-call content
