📋 Description
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients planning travel • Research and coordinate travel options such as cruises, vacation packages, tours, and hotel stays • Answer client questions and provide travel-related information • Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and important travel details • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel bookings • Stay updated on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information • Assist clients before and after their travel
🎯 Requirements
• Strong customer service and communication abilities • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • Comfort using email, online platforms, and basic computer tools • Strong organization and attention to detail • Positive attitude and professional communication style • Previous experience in customer service or travel is helpful, but not required
