📋 Description

• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch property inspection and related field services requests based on urgency, location, availability, and requirements • Manage multiple active assignments, queues, and communications in a fast-paced environment • Track assignments and follow up proactively • Resolve scheduling issues and last-minute changes • Communicate professionally with customers, inspectors, vendors, and carrier partners • Maintain accurate documentation • Support high-volume and catastrophic-event operations as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Strong urgency, ownership, multitasking, and follow-through • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills • Strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working across multiple computer systems, software, and screens • Proficiency with Outlook and Excel • Dispatch, scheduling, logistics, call center, or customer service experience strongly preferred • Must currently reside and work within the United States • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA • Must be able to work 12:30 PM–9:00 PM Eastern Time on either a Tuesday-through-Saturday or Thursday-through-Monday schedule • Weekend availability required • Must be able to maintain a reliable, professional remote work environment and meet assigned-shift attendance requirements • Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable now or in the future
