📋 Description

• Source independent contractors to test customer experience at local retail, grocery, take-out, and convenience stores • Support independent contractors as needed to ensure customer experience measurement programs are completed to high quality and within required timelines • Use social media, AI tools, telephone, video calls, and other communication media • Work within strict client deadlines and consistently achieve goals

🎯 Requirements

• Friendly and professional demeanor • Excellent telephone and video-call skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Creativity and energetic communication skills • Comfort using technology, including AI tools • Strong social media skills • Excellent spoken and written communication skills • Call center or busy retail experience is an asset • Market research or customer experience evaluation experience is an asset
