📋 Description

• Expedite financing for time-sensitive or relationship-sensitive deals • Flag missing or incomplete documents to avoid funding delays • Assist dealership and Sales personnel with COAF funding policies • Act as liaison between dealerships and the funding team • Escalate urgent deals to appropriate leadership across Originations & Sales • Explain lender-specific requirements to dealerships • Build trust with dealership finance and sales personnel as a reliable point of contact • Notify dealerships immediately when deals are funded or funds are dispersed • Make outbound calls as needed • Handle multiple heat cases simultaneously while prioritizing the funding experience • Review, verify, and process loan documentation • Gather and verify loan information through inbound and outbound calls • Support operations and sales in the Auto Finance Division

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification • At least 3 years Customer service or Call Center experience • At least 1 year of experience in the Financial Industry • At least 1 year experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office • Secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions • Reliable private internet connection not supplied via cellular data or hotspot • Password-protected private network with visibility or ownership of every device • Cable or fiber internet service provider required • Minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Hotspots and satellite services prohibited • Work from home U.S.-based associates must be located within the continental United States, excluding California, Hawaii, and U.S. territories • Associates may not work internationally • Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position • Preferred: Associate Degree or Military Experience • Preferred: At least 1 year of Automotive Funding experience • Preferred: At least 1 year of Dealer Service experience in the automotive industry
