📋 Description

• Assess contracting processes and technology and provide objective solution guidance and recommendations • Lead project management for implementation projects, including schedules, staffing plans, budgets, scope, resourcing, status updates, workshops, billables, and invoicing • Facilitate client workshops to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements • Advise clients on integrating existing technologies and design technology-enabled processes and system integrations • Contribute to and oversee process mapping, data analysis, project deliverables, and solution configuration • Oversee system configuration and testing against design specifications and client business-process goals • Map data between source systems or repositories and new technology solutions; support migration and validation • Define and orchestrate change management to support adoption and implementation • Develop training curriculum and materials and lead end-user and system administration training • Participate in business development, proposal presentations, and statement-of-work development • Develop vendor and partner relationships and cultivate client relationships • Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members • Contribute to Harbor thought leadership, practice growth, methodologies, project delivery approaches, tools, and strategic initiatives • Support engagement financials and practice operations

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in the legal or consulting industry • 8+ years of experience in legal technology assessments, requirements gathering, system design, configuration, implementation, testing, and deployment, including contracting tools • Experience with Agiloft, Ironclad, Malbek, Luminance, Ivo, and similar systems is preferred, including related data migration and integration workstreams • Demonstrated understanding of the AI contract technology landscape, including Harvey, Legora, and point solutions for contract drafting, review, negotiation, obligation management, and associated workflows • 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role delivering projects and overseeing resources • Four-year degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Data & Analytics, or similar, or equivalent combination of experience and education • Knowledge of waterfall, agile, and iterative IT implementation methodologies • Requirements elicitation and process improvement skills • IT project management and corporate IT methodology frameworks • Knowledge of contract management and AI solution use cases • Configuration of CLM and contract intelligence solutions • Integration and migration requirements gathering and methodology • Experience with professional services partnerships and business models • Experience leading technology implementation projects through all project lifecycle stages • Proven successful project implementations and development of junior talent • Ability to manage multiple engagements and clients simultaneously • Excellent written and spoken communication and storytelling skills • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, research, process mapping, and data mapping skills • Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio skills; familiarity with Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint • Permanent US work authorization
