📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Consultants • Manage team resource allocation and assign consultants to new accounts and projects • Provide day-to-day guidance and consultative direction, serving as an escalation point for client or project issues • Oversee team performance against billable targets, Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals, and timely timesheet and expense submission • Develop and implement best practices for consistent and efficient solution implementation • Collaborate cross-functionally to create and update implementation documentation • Drive education agendas and deliver training for the consulting team • Anticipate future resource requirements and assist with hiring new team members • Strategically assign work to drive successful client outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a professional services environment with a strong understanding of project delivery and implementation lifecycles • Required experience within the Healthcare IT industry, including a solid understanding of hospital environments and workflows • Demonstrated passion or experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members • Leadership style focused on empowerment and team growth • Previous people management experience is beneficial but not required • Experience with the Sunrise product is required • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Strategy, Marketing, Finance, or a STEM-related field • Ability to work primarily during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours • Willingness to travel up to 10%
