📋 Description

• Work with colleagues and managers to proactively manage a superior technology solution for clients • Support existing and new clients by leading them through processes, resolving issues, and ensuring successful product utilization • Train users in system setup, administration, and maintenance • Perform business analysis through gap analysis, root cause analysis, business process reviews and documentation, and requirements elicitation • Understand client business processes and configure applications according to business needs and accepted best practices • Own user acceptance testing and change management processes • Create user documentation and complete handover documentation for support staff • Build client capabilities and identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services • Support Project Managers with engagement contracts, bottleneck escalation, and project progress updates • Deliver services efficiently while meeting project milestones and resource utilization targets • Provide subject matter expertise to R&D and operational groups by understanding client needs, market trends, and business practices

🎯 Requirements

• Utility customer (meter to cash) life cycle knowledge • Knowledge of utility Customer Information System (CIS) processes and functionality • Strong influencing, coaching, and written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organization • Experience working with both business and IT groups • Must be able to travel up 25% of the time within North America • Preferred experience in providing software implementation to the utility sector • Entrepreneurial Spirit, with a willingness to 'roll up sleeves' and work at all levels of the client organization • Degree in Computer Science, Business Technology Management, or Management Information Systems is nice to have • Knowledge of SQL and experience in system configuration is helpful • Current, valid passport • Legally eligible to travel internationally, including passport-based visa exemption or required travel visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean • Willingness to adopt and leverage AI-enabled technologies, including copilots, chat-based AI assistants, and automation tools, while maintaining appropriate judgment, security, and compliance standards
