📋 Description

• Partner with Business Analysts, Product Owners, senior developers, and internal/external stakeholders to understand requirements, business cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and customer impact • Use approved AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software analysis, coding, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and testing while retaining human accountability • Produce and execute unit test cases, including AI-assisted test generation where appropriate • Maintain coding standards, secure development practices, architectural patterns, and AI SDLC governance requirements • Review, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs for code quality, accuracy, maintainability, security, performance, and product alignment • Produce technical, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting documentation for internal and external publication • Use responsible AI-assisted workflows to improve development velocity, reduce rework, and deliver within budget, schedule, and quality standards • Complete assigned software and non-software deliverables within Scrum Team, Project Manager, Product Owner, or technical leadership timelines • Produce technical specifications, code, unit test plans, documentation, and related development artifacts • Deliver development, testing, and documentation artifacts with guidance from senior developers, architects, and managers while increasing independence • Assist with technical design specifications and identify opportunities for AI-assisted efficiency, test coverage, documentation quality, and maintainability improvements • Participate in agile planning, grooming, walkthroughs, estimation, retrospectives, and related processes • Ensure AI-assisted code, documentation, tests, and technical recommendations receive peer, senior developer, or architect review • Contribute to Level 3 AI SDLC practice improvements by sharing prompts, workflows, lessons learned, reusable patterns, and responsible AI techniques • Support knowledge transfer, product continuity, and modernization by learning existing systems, documenting legacy behavior, and applying AI-assisted practices to new and existing codebases

• Understanding of software requirements, business cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Software engineering judgment and computer science fundamentals • Ability to use approved AI-assisted development tools responsibly • Knowledge of coding standards, secure development practices, architectural patterns, and AI SDLC governance requirements • Ability to review and validate AI-generated outputs for quality, accuracy, maintainability, security, performance, and production readiness • Ability to produce and execute unit tests • Ability to create technical, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting documentation • Ability to complete software and non-software deliverables within defined timelines, budget, schedule, and quality standards • Ability to produce technical specifications, code, unit test plans, documentation, and related development artifacts • Ability to participate in agile processes, including planning, grooming, walkthroughs, estimation, and retrospectives • Ability to work with Scrum Teams, Project Managers, Product Owners, senior developers, architects, managers, and stakeholders
