📋 Description

• Build state-of-the-art UI features on Netflix's leading TV application for performance- and memory-constrained devices • Collaborate with product, design, algorithm, and engineering partners to scope projects and build user experiences • Validate product variants through A/B testing with real customers • Work on a TypeScript/JavaScript codebase using React frameworks and Redux architecture fine-tuned for TV platforms • Use proprietary Jest-based automation frameworks for testing • Write testable code and create automation to validate feature functionality in partnership with test engineers • Deliver features with direct and measurable business impact

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience working on consumer-facing products/apps • Experience acting as a tech/project lead for large cross-functional projects • Strong partnerships with Product and Design teams • Expert in JavaScript/TypeScript and UI architecture • Ability to navigate different languages and technology stacks, such as Node.js and GraphQL • Track record of carving a path when one does not exist • Curiosity about how members use the application and eagerness to build product features • Ability to value others' perspectives when identifying solutions • Thoughtful trade-off decision-making • Strong sense of independence, bias toward action, and inclination for collaboration
