📋 Description

• Partner with on-site teams to get current photos, then edit and write copy that makes prospects stop scrolling. • Post daily across Facebook Marketplace and every assigned ILS platform. • Qualify leads, confirm real interest, and hand off appointments to the Sales & Leasing Agent. • Generate 500+ leads a month across assigned communities. • Track sources, response times, and outcomes in the CRM.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, inside sales, or similar prospecting work • A sharp eye for photos and a sharper pen for listing copy • Comfort with Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms (manufactured housing or real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement) • Communication skills fast enough to keep a hot lead hot • The organization to juggle multiple communities and never let a listing go stale • Bonus points for CRM or lead-management tool experience
