📋 Description

• Build and maintain project workflows in Monday.com for campaigns and events • Partner with Product Marketing on logistics and payments for customer programs • Organize and maintain key internal and external marketing documents • Manage print and giveaway orders from request to delivery in partnership with shipping • Assist with marketing inventory tracking • Manage internal marketing requests and route them to the right projects in Monday.com • Make simple website updates, including copy and image updates • Moderate live webinars for college instructors • Support virtual and in-person conferences, webinars, and events, including virtual event setup, budget tracking, and staff travel coordination • Assist with post-event reporting and performance tracking • Research vendors and support event-related purchasing

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, administration, project coordination, or related field • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to follow, maintain, and improve processes while managing multiple deadlines • Comfortable being on camera and confident moderating live webinars • Clear and friendly written and verbal communication • Availability for live collaboration 2–3 days per week during Eastern Time business hours • Strong research skills and ability to organize findings • Reliable internet and a quiet workspace • Nice to have: Experience with Monday.com, HubSpot, or JotForm • Nice to have: Experience updating websites through a content management system • Nice to have: Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
