📋 Description

• Assist meeting participants with logging into virtual platforms such as Zoom and Adobe Connect • Provide real-time troubleshooting for connectivity and equipment issues • Resolve problems related to Wi-Fi, cameras, microphones, and other hardware or software required for successful participation in virtual meetings • Provide technical support for virtual meetings on a contract basis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or 3–5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Previous IT Help Desk or technical support experience • Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot peripherals, accessories, and software • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently • Critical thinking skills and adaptability to ensure accurate and timely support • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong work ethic with a high level of attention to detail • Availability for daytime, evening, and weekend hours based on client schedules
