📋 Description
• Conduct structured phone screens with prospective candidates • Assess experience and qualifications against defined requirements • Explain the opportunity and answer general candidate questions • Document accurate screening notes in the recruitment system • Recommend qualified candidates for recruiter follow-up • Maintain timely communication and a positive candidate experience
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in recruiting, candidate screening, customer service, or a similar role • Strong communication and active-listening skills • Professional telephone presence and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple candidates and work independently • Comfortable using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office • Availability to work flexible hours as needed
