📋 Description

• Create reports, insights, and analytics in support of the division • Create report and analysis specifications based on business needs • Provide consultation to users and work on cross-functional teams to address divisional issues • Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools • Perform research and assist in analyzing data related to strategic initiatives and broader research needs • Interface between the business and divisional data teams to generate actionable tools for analysis and reporting • Work closely with customers to build relationships • Develop a deeper understanding of divisional data to meet business needs • Analyze complex business problems using internal and external data to provide decision-maker insights • Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR Master's degree in related field OR 6 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field • Understanding and high proficiency in querying a wide variety of internal and external data sources • Performance excellence in computer languages such as SQL, R, and Python • Ability to create dynamic and visually engaging dashboards using Tableau or Power BI • High degree of business intelligence and understanding of taking a business case from inception to customer or partner execution • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Performance excellence in championing initiatives and collaborating with multiple stakeholders • Experience with project management methodologies • Experience in the healthcare industry, including payor, provider, pharmacy, public health, or epidemiology • Experience with version control/collaborative tools such as GitHub • Experience with data visualization software
