📋 Description

• Leverage strong Tableau skills and healthcare industry knowledge to support clinical and business stakeholders for the IL Commercial HMO and Marketplace • Provide analytical support and consultancy to internal and external customers • Provide advisory services to internal and external senior leaders • Report on and review data using Excel, SQL, Python, and R • Use Tableau and Power BI storytelling to display outcomes and opportunities • Gather and document business requirements supporting information-related strategies • Create and conduct presentations to inform and influence • Lead functional teams and projects • Solve complex analytical problems and apply existing solutions from new perspectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action OR 9 years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements in support of information-related strategies • Experience solving complex problems and taking a new perspective using existing solutions • Knowledge of software development processes, including SDLC and Agile methodologies, tools, and technologies • Experience creating and conducting presentations to inform and influence • Experience leading functional teams and projects • Experience with SAS, SPSS, R, MATLAB, SQL, and Python • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills • PC proficiency with Microsoft applications including Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Healthcare experience in business development, business analytics, or innovation management preferred • Master’s degree preferred
