📋 Description

• Perform behavioral health case management according to accepted department criteria • Consult with physicians, providers, members, and other resources • Assess, plan, facilitate, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and advocate health options and services • Promote quality and cost-effective outcomes using communication and available resources • Serve as liaison to providers, physicians, and members • Represent the dedicated custom team’s work during client audits • Occasionally present onsite at the Downers Grove office

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) OR Masters-level Behavioral Health Professional or Doctoral degree in a Behavioral Health field (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, RPsy) with a license to practice at the independent level • Current, valid, unrestricted clinical license in the state of operations (IL) • 2 years of clinical experience post licensure at the independent practice level providing direct clinical care to consumers • Utilization management, discharge planning, or managed care experience • Customer service orientation • PC and database experience • Verbal and written communication skills • If a Registered Nurse, at least 2 years of psychiatric clinical experience post licensure providing direct clinical care to consumers • Case Management Certification (CCM) preferred • 3 years of clinical practice experience preferred • Familiarity with ancillary services such as wellness or community-based programs • Provider-side insurance experience preferred • Familiarity with Utilization Management or Case Management activities and standardized criteria sets preferred • Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Polish preferred • Client-interfacing experience, communication and presentation skills, and problem-solving ability • Efficiency in Microsoft Teams and virtual training/productivity tools • Ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team and adapt to change • Must work within business hours of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday • Sponsorship is not available
