📋 Description

• Collaborate with solutions engineering, infrastructure operations, and infrastructure service management teams • Design and build infrastructure solutions and blueprints for the area of responsibility • Design and build repeatable patterns (build-kits) to improve deployment times for non-production and production environments • Transition knowledge to infrastructure operations • Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years in Information Technology or relevant experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 7 year Information Technology experience OR 9 years Information Technology experience • Infrastructure Automation • Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) • Operations Management • ITIL v3 • IT standards, procedures, policies • Ability to simplify and standardize complex concepts and processes • Understanding of business priorities, industry trends, and markets • Oral and written communication skills • Problem-solving and analytical skills • Supplier management • Ability to prioritize and make trade-off decisions • Cross-functional execution • Adaptability and ability to introduce and manage change • Teamwork and collaboration • Organized and detail-oriented • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related degrees • Preferred: Citrix experience • Preferred: Nerdio knowledge • Position may be performed remotely from anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii
