📋 Description

• Create reports, insights, and analytics in support of the division • Create report and analysis specifications based on business needs • Provide consultation to users and work on cross-functional teams to address divisional issues • Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools • Research and assist in analyzing data related to strategic initiatives and broader research needs • Interface between the business and divisional data teams to generate actionable tools for analysis and reporting • Build relationships with customers • Develop a deeper understanding of divisional data to meet business needs • Analyze complex business problems using internal and external data to provide decision-making insights • Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in data analysis and information reporting data, or 4 years of experience in data analysis and information reporting data • Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures to solve routine or basic problems • Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services • Solve complex problems with guidance • Produce data sets and reports for analysis using SQL, Excel, or other reporting tools • Verify accuracy of reports and provide insights • Knowledge of SQL, SAS and/or Teradata or other reporting tools/languages • Work with both internal and external data • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, independently and as part of a team • Learn needed skills by performing assigned work • Preferred: managed care and Utilization Management (UM) experience • Preferred: strong analytical and root cause analysis skills • Preferred: experience delivering insights to executive and operational leaders • Preferred: healthcare data analysis and data storytelling experience • Preferred: proficiency with Databricks, Azure, Teradata, Tableau, and/or Power BI • Preferred: ability to develop recommendations and influence key stakeholders • Preferred: strong communication and presentation skills • Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of drug screening in accordance with applicable law
