• Facilitate the flow of materials through the supply chain • Develop tools and processes supporting supply chain goals and objectives • Create metrics and monthly supplier scorecards • Partner with management to improve supply chain performance and supplier collaboration • Identify problems through analysis and create sustainable supply chain strategy solutions • Develop forecasting, order replenishment, and logistics channel decision processes • Analyze supply chain best practices and develop strategies for supply chain business cases • Conduct day-to-day business analyses supporting supply chain activities • Establish methods for delivering monthly supplier updates • Support central replenishment activities and collaborate with vendors on inventory forecasting and replenishment strategies • Create, evaluate, and audit supply chain metrics and data • Partner with merchants on promotions, price changes, and exit strategies • Develop decision-support tools and financial models analyzing inventory cost/benefit tradeoffs • Analyze multi-tier distribution channels for product-category cost and service-level tradeoffs • Develop forecasting tools supporting collaborative planning with merchandising suppliers • May provide guidance or training to junior-level personnel
• Must reside in the specified states: Texas, Georgia, Washington, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida, New York, Illinois, Alabama, or California • Prior experience supporting warehouse design/build, network optimization, or distribution center transformation projects • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, and subqueries • Experience with slotting optimization, inventory control, and replenishment planning • Hands-on experience with WMS platforms, preferably SAP WM or SAP EWM • Proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau for data visualization and reporting • Strong data analytics and data-driven problem-solving capabilities • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% as required by project needs • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline and generally 2–5 years of experience in a related field, or MS/MA and generally 2–4 years of experience in a related field • Certification is required in some areas
