📋 Description

• Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog for supply chain systems • Balance input from business stakeholders, Logistics and Property teams, and leadership • Write user stories and acceptance criteria for developers and testers • Track scope, schedule, risks, and issues, and communicate trade-offs • Write and execute test cases for new features and system changes • Reproduce and triage defects and determine whether issues stem from data, configuration, or code • Partner with teams to drive issues to resolution • Understand data sources, structures, and system data flows • Design accurate forms, workflows, and solutions • Write and run SQL or Snowflake queries to validate assumptions • Identify downstream impacts and prevent data integrity issues before deployment • Lead end-user adoption for system or process changes • Create training materials, facilitate training sessions, and provide post-launch support • Manage resistance to change and ensure successful rollouts • Create Business Cases, Project Charters, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, RASCIs, and risk analyses • Communicate with cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders • Translate technical details for non-technical audiences • Develop ROI justification for proposed solutions

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience • Agile product ownership experience, including backlog management, story writing, and sprint participation • Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Strong SQL skills, including joins and aggregations • Experience collecting and documenting system requirements and business processes • Professional experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project • U.S. Person status or eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations • U.S. citizenship is required to access certain necessary systems • Preferred: experience in Supply Chain, Property, or Logistics • Preferred: experience writing test cases and performing system/UAT testing • Preferred: familiarity with SAP, Fiori UX, or JIRA • Preferred: experience with Snowflake or advanced reporting tools • Preferred: certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-PBA, CPIM, or SAFe POPM • Preferred: Six Sigma Green Belt or higher • Successful candidate must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories • Candidates may be asked to attend select interview steps in person at an office location
