📋 Description

• Facilitate the flow of materials through the supply chain • Develop forecasting, order replenishment, and logistics channel decision processes • Analyze supply chain best practices and develop strategies for supply chain business cases • Conduct day-to-day business analyses supporting supply chain activities • Partner with stakeholders and leadership to improve supply chain performance and supplier collaboration • Establish methods for delivering monthly supplier updates • Support central replenishment activities and collaborate with vendors on inventory forecasting and replenishment strategies • Create, evaluate, and audit supply chain metrics and data • Partner with merchants on promotions, price changes, and exit strategies • Develop decision-support tools and financial models for inventory cost-benefit analysis • Analyze multi-tier distribution channels for cost and service-level tradeoffs • Develop forecasting tools supporting collaborative planning with merchandising suppliers • Resolve missing or incomplete information and inconsistencies in complex research and data • May guide or train junior-level support or professional personnel

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Atlanta, Georgia; Washington; California; Arizona; or Oregon, as specified by the posting • Position requires 75% travel • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution center operations, facilities, construction, or project management • Experience supporting distribution center expansions, retrofits, facility improvements, or capital projects • Experience managing vendor, contractor, and installation projects in warehouse, distribution, or operational environments • Experience with facility maintenance, design/build projects, permitting, and construction activities preferred • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills • Strong project planning and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to collaborate with Operations, HR, Facilities, Supply Chain, and external vendors • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline • Alternatively, MS/MA and generally 2–4 years of experience in a related field • Certification is required in some areas
