📋 Description

• Support state launch scoping and setup, including researching license-type requirements and verification methods • Confirm Verifiable and CVO coverage, coordinate paneling and vendor updates, and maintain the state playbook • Run supervisee onboarding and approval processes, including go-live approvals, rejection communications, tracker hygiene, supervisor checks, and Supervisor Quality Committee preparation • Build and maintain the state-by-state license-requirements knowledge base • Write SOPs for each launch and maintain CX guidance and enablement materials • Support contractor-team training and quality oversight • Lead complex or exception cases escalated by contractors • Triage and resolve tickets and escalations from providers, group practices, CX, PGAs, CS, and Engineering • Partner with Data and Engineering on product or process changes • Support compliant operational processes for graduation, license-expiration tracking, supervisor reassignment, and onboarding-block removal • Partner with Data on operational fields, tracking, and dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, compliance, or a process-heavy coordination role • Healthcare, licensing, or regulated-industry experience is a plus • Detail-oriented and comfortable owning a high-volume daily process • Ability to write clear documentation, including SOPs, playbooks, and guides • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and learning new state-specific rules quickly • Strong cross-functional communication skills • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer • Must disclose whether visa sponsorship will be required now or in the future
