📋 Description

• Own the operational execution of the revenue accounting function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant revenue reporting under ASC 606 • Lead and develop a team of Senior Revenue Accountants • Drive the revenue month-end close process and improve close quality and efficiency • Provide operational insights, risk assessments, and recommendations to the Director of Revenue Accounting • Elevate execution issues, patterns, and opportunities into actionable strategic input • Partner with Finance, Legal, Data, Engineering, Product, and Operations on revenue-impacting initiatives • Oversee scalable revenue processes, policies, and internal controls • Drive AI and automation adoption across revenue accounting processes • Support revenue audit readiness and execution by reviewing support, resolving issues, and strengthening documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of accounting experience, including significant revenue accounting experience at high-growth companies • 5+ years of experience managing or leading others • Experience leading senior individual contributors and/or other managers • Demonstrated ability to develop talent and drive results through teams • Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 and hands-on experience applying revenue guidance • Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with evolving systems and processes • Highly detail-oriented while comfortable connecting execution to business outcomes • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex accounting topics for non-accounting partners • Builder mindset with ability to create structure, clarity, and scalable solutions • CPA with Big 4 and/or high-growth company experience • Authorization to work in the United States for any employer • Must answer whether visa sponsorship will be required now or in the future
