📋 Description

• Lead hiring across Data Science and Data Engineering • Partner with the Senior Manager of Tech Recruiting to deliver a mission-critical hiring engine • Lead and develop a high-performing team of recruiters • Partner with leaders across the Data organization to scale teams • Advise on search strategies and provide tailored, scalable recruiting solutions • Leverage metrics to diagnose gaps and proactively provide solutions • Monitor tech hiring trends and their impact on recruiting funnels • Manage recruiter performance and career growth • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders • Focus teams on high-impact priorities and remove obstacles early • Align with cross-functional teams to deliver hiring outcomes • Set standards and operating rhythms for a high-performing, high-velocity recruiting team

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience in a recruiting function, including managing recruiters against a high talent bar in high-growth, tech-enabled environments • 7+ years of experience in technical recruiting between IC and manager roles • Particular focus in data science, data engineering, or related domains • Experience operating as a business partner to senior leaders • Ability to ground strategies and recommendations in data and market insights • First-principles thinking and ability to diagnose root issues in recruiting funnels • Ability to craft scalable talent acquisition solutions • Ability to navigate ambiguity with structure and speed • Clear communication and executive presence • Ability to influence decisions through structured, compelling storytelling • Bias for operational excellence and continuous process improvement
