📋 Description

• Develop, produce, and submit proposals that meet strict timelines and quality standards • Identify RFPs aligned with HSAG’s Medicaid, Medicare, and private consulting lines of work • Direct and manage the RFP process for contract renewals and new business development • Ensure proposal milestones and timelines are met and responses satisfy RFP requirements • Analyze RFP requirements • Develop timelines and templates for proposal responses • Coordinate writing, editing, and review by RFP writers and subject matter experts • Conduct compliance reviews for responsiveness, consistency, and unified voice • Write and edit transmittal letters, letters of intent, executive summaries, corporate backgrounds, past performance, biographies, resumes, and other proposal sections • Prepare reference documents and compile proposal documents for submission • Conduct final editorial and formatting reviews and submit proposal responses • Evaluate and summarize aligned opportunities • Represent HSAG professionally • Support continuous improvement of the RFP Department’s processes, resource library, expertise and experience compendium, databases, staff resumes, and bios • Be available throughout all phases of the RFP response process • Work occasional extended hours when project deadlines require

🎯 Requirements

• College degree required; advanced degree preferred • Minimum of three years of direct RFP experience required • Experience writing and producing RFP responses in health care or a related field • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under time constraints and changing environments • Experience reading technical documents, requirements, and instructions and communicating requirements concisely • Knowledge and experience using advanced reasoning to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions • Ability to design, implement, and manage appropriate action plans • Expertise in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Visio, and Outlook • Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to navigate and perform research via the Internet • Experience using AI such as CoPilot • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with others in a team setting • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
