📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls from participants • Make outbound telephonic calls to participants enrolled in the Condition Management Program • Answer participant inquiries • Assist participants via email and online messaging • Accurately document participant communications • Support HealthCheck360's efforts to reduce medical costs while increasing employee engagement and productivity through health and wellness programs

🎯 Requirements

• Strong customer service skills • Ability to perform well individually and in a team environment • Experience in a medical setting, including receptionist, scheduler, insurance verification, health coach, LPN, CNA, or Medical Assistant experience, or a background in customer service • Strong verbal and written skills • Detail oriented
