📋 Description

• Maintain strong working knowledge of Personify Health products and reporting capabilities • Work with Implementation, Account Management, and Operations to understand client and service delivery reporting needs • Triage reporting requests and determine whether they can be supported and automated in Genesys, Calabrio, or Empower • Route unsupported standard reporting requests in Excel to the Microstrategy team • Build standard reports in Excel, Genesys, Calabrio, and Empower • Set up automated jobs to deliver reports to clients on agreed-upon cadences • Update existing reports based on client change requests and contractual obligations • Analyze data discrepancies to determine error sources and resolutions • Innovate processes to improve standard reporting performance • Maintain and deliver timely reports from the ticketing system • Perform additional duties as requested

• Strong technical aptitude • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation • Ability to work cross-functionally with co-workers and external channel partners • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Solid mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills • High level of professionalism, accountability, and positive work behavior • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time • Must occasionally move about inside the office to access office machinery, filing cabinets, and meeting facilities • Must constantly operate a computer and office productivity machinery • Must frequently position self to maintain files in file cabinets • Must frequently move boxes or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds • Must communicate information and ideas so others understand and exchange accurate information • Must be able to observe details at close range
