📋 Description

• Lead Enterprise Reporting Transformation initiatives and define the roadmap for a unified enterprise reporting framework • Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans • Engage cross-functional stakeholders to deliver plans and business impact • Shape strategic plans and objectives for the enterprise reporting function and make final decisions on implementation approach and prioritization • Serve as product owner for the enterprise dashboard, customer commitment and health reporting, and big whale customer scorecards • Own the end-to-end design and development of enterprise reporting with technology and product resources • Own development of the data lake and enterprise reporting infrastructure • Establish and own reporting on the status, progress, and impact of enterprise transformation initiatives • Develop standardized leadership views of milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes • Partner with operations, product, technology, sales, advisory, and customer success teams • Build alignment on reporting priorities, definitions, and success metrics • Coordinate across functions and reconcile stakeholder views • Interact with senior management, executives, and key stakeholders; raise critical updates and risks • Establish prioritization and governance mechanisms and enforce a single source of truth for metrics • Lead end-to-end execution, manage interdependencies and risks, and ensure timely, scalable, reliable delivery • Drive standardization, simplification, communication, adoption, and behavioral change • Direct the enterprise reporting function, including matrixed and cross-functional teams • Own resourcing decisions for the function

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management, transformation, or operational leadership roles • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations • Strong experience working across business, product, and technology teams • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority • Experience in environments with competing priorities and high levels of ambiguity • Experience operating at a director level or equivalent scope, participating in senior leadership strategic planning and making final decisions on complex, loosely defined problems with critical, long-term impact on the business • Exceptional program and project management capabilities • Stakeholder management and executive communication • Ability to translate strategy into execution • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills • Change management and organizational influence • Analytical thinking to define KPIs linked to strategic priorities • Data literacy and comfort partnering with BI and analytics teams on dashboard design, KPI definition, and reporting standards • Demonstrated experience establishing and managing executive-level reporting for large-scale initiatives is a strong plus • Familiarity with healthcare payer, health plan, or health IT environments is a plus • Experience owning or co-owning data platforms, data lakes, or enterprise data infrastructure is a plus but not required • Candidates may be required to go through a pre-employment criminal background check
