📋 Description

• Establish strong connections with new businesses • Generate a robust client portfolio through various prospecting methods • Present product insights to potential clients and show how solutions address their needs • Manage and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling • Conduct effective closings to meet new clients' requirements • Conduct targeted research and proactive engagement for prospecting • Develop and pitch digital media strategies to drive business growth for SMB clients • Collaborate with clients across various industries to achieve their marketing objectives • Learn and apply proven sales methods and strategies • Use prospecting tools, scripts, coaching resources, Salesforce, and Gong

🎯 Requirements

• Highly motivated, money-driven sales professional with a passion for outside sales • Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals while embracing challenges • Passion for becoming a trusted solution expert for small to medium business owners • Recognized as a world-class closer • Cold calling skills with a proven track record of success • Previous B2B sales experience, demonstrating expertise in building and nurturing client relationships • Skillful at asking insightful questions to serve existing clients as their trusted media advisor • Strong determination to succeed and earn • Money-motivated mindset • Ability to thrive in a competitive environment • Desire to work with a team that challenges you daily • Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable but not required • Applicants must be located within a Central or East time zone
