📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical liaison with owners, engineers, contractors, certified applicators, and internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycles • Evaluate Fiber-Reinforced Polymer (FRP) applications for technical feasibility, plan approval compliance, and constructability • Collaborate with Engineers of Record, Business Development Managers, and Certified Applicators to define project requirements and align technical and commercial objectives • Lead and promote a culture of quality, customer service, and continuous improvement • Conduct job site visits to support project execution and coordinate with sales and engineering teams • Represent the company on industry technical committees and support initiatives that advance industry standards and business interests • Prepare, review, and finalize engineering deliverables, including design calculations, shop drawings, specifications, and general notes • Coordinate design and drafting activities with offshore consulting team • Prepare and review bid-related engineering documentation, including specifications, general notes, material estimates, and RFIs • Support innovation and industry advancement through research and development initiatives, technical committee participation, and development of technical publications, data sheets, abstracts, and marketing materials
