📋 Description

• Create customer-focused certification content, including concepts, examples, tasks, and hands-on activities for HPE Networking cloud services, automation, and networking products • Plan, schedule, staff, and participate in written and expert-level certification development workshops • Maintain a network of subject matter experts • Communicate certification program objectives, processes, and requirements across the organization • Evaluate and recommend new certification exams, specializations, and learning paths • Create, review, and maintain certification exam blueprints • Use AI-assisted tools to generate portions of exam content • Review, validate, consolidate, edit, and enhance exam items and practice exams • Convert workshop outputs into functional exam environments and validate tasks and configurations • Design, build, maintain, and validate master topologies with lab engineering teams • Build and maintain exam forms and topology files for online delivery • Troubleshoot expert-level exam delivery environments during candidate testing • Review feedback and propose corrective actions and improvements • Analyze exam performance data and coordinate exam updates, preparation, validation, and publication • Partner with contractors and internal stakeholders to develop self-study bundles, lab content, and courseware • Manage learning-content development and delivery projects • Guide candidates on learning paths, certification tracks, and exam selection • Explain certification exam content, objectives, and value to stakeholders • Support candidate registration and certification operations at company events and testing activities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience producing technical content • BA/BS in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or related degree/networking certification or comparable experience • Ability to research complex technical concepts independently and collaboratively • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to utilize AI tools to scale content creation while retaining high-quality output • Hands-on experience with routing, switching, security, network automation, virtual machines, containers, and cloud services • Expertise with HPE Aruba Networking and/or HPE Juniper Networking products and technologies preferred • Networking industry expert-level certifications preferred
