📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically distributed team of Partner Solutions Architects • Provide technical guidance, career development planning, and performance management • Define and execute technical enablement strategies for the strategic partner ecosystem • Ensure partners have the knowledge and resources to represent and implement HPE Cloud Operations Suite solutions • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams • Build and maintain technical relationships with key partners • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues and strategic partnership decisions • Design and implement scalable processes, best practices, and tools for partner technical enablement • Establish technical standards and quality benchmarks for solution architecture • Track, analyze, and report partner certification progress, solution deployment success rates, and partner-channel revenue impact • Lead recruitment efforts and build team capabilities • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies • Guide strategic technical direction and identify new partnership opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field • Minimum 5+ years of people management experience leading technical teams • 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical consulting roles • 3+ years of experience working with technology partners, channel partners, or in partner enablement roles • Deep technical knowledge of hybrid and multi-cloud environments, virtualization technologies, monitoring and orchestration platforms, and enterprise IT infrastructure • Strong familiarity with HPE Cloud Operations Suite components (OpsRamp, Morpheus Enterprise, Morpheus Essentials, Zerto) or similar enterprise monitoring, automation, and data protection solutions • Expert-level understanding of cloud operations, monitoring, automation, and data protection technologies • Ability to guide complex solution designs and provide technical direction to internal teams and partner organizations • Proven ability to build strategic partner relationships and develop joint go-to-market strategies • Experience enabling partners through technical training, certification programs, and collaborative solution development • Strong team building, talent development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities • Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills • Ability to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, measure program effectiveness through KPIs, and communicate impact to senior leadership and external stakeholders
