📋 Description

• Define, package, and oversee Testlio's payments testing offerings, including catalog, methodology, staffing, and pricing • Drive the vision and commercial packaging of Payments offerings • Build and evangelize innovative payments testing solutions for enterprise global clients • Work directly with clients on technical integrations, architectural setups, and testing strategies • Produce white papers, articles, posts, speeches, webinars, and other marketing content • Collaborate with the VP of Alliances and external software partners on joint go-to-market offerings • Engage enterprise prospects with Sales and advise on Payments Testing strategies, tactics, and ROI • Launch, evolve, and refine payments services based on market and competitive intelligence • Design bespoke quality engineering methodologies for agentic payments, mobile payments, wallets, and POS systems • Act as an escalation point and subject-matter expert for Delivery on complex or strategic payments engagements • Troubleshoot technical roadblocks while ensuring transaction integrity, security, and compliance • Help Services teams and clients design and implement new technical approaches

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of deep experience with digital payment systems, including mobile payments, online banking, payment gateways, wallets, and point-of-sale systems • Strong technical affinity for quality engineering, API integrations, and software development methodologies within the financial sector • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot payment integrations and design structured evaluation criteria for complex transaction flows • Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred • Strong management consulting or managed services background • Experience designing service offerings and understanding cost-to-serve dynamics • Experience collaborating cross-functionally across sales and partners • Excellent written, visual, and oral communication capabilities • Strong leadership ability to motivate and inspire distributed cross-functional teams without direct people management • Ability to thrive in a fully remote environment • Successful completion of TestGorilla assessment, interviews, reference checks, and background check as part of the application process
